Booty Busting Ballet

 

BBB is an intense lower body workout that incorporates a variety of ballet-inspired movements designed to give a long, lean body of a dancer, improve flexibility and also strengthen, lengthen and tone the muscles. Exercises will incorporate familiar classics of ballet but also sequences of subtle variations in tempo, movement progressions, pulses and holds for short cardio segments. Balance and leg conditioning along with poise and body image develop with this user-friendly program for dancers and non-dancers alike. By gracefully integrating classic ballet movements Booty Bustin’ Ballet can tone the entire body, reduce overall weight, increase muscle strength and flexibility, improve coordination and posture along with firming your target areas. No previous dance skills or knowledge required, all sequences, terms and movements will be explained throughout the class.
