Yoga and Sculpt

 

Enjoy this 60 minute class integrating the mindfulness of yoga with the physical culture of muscle development. Building on the strengths of both disciplines, this user-friendly system combines breath based yoga postures, while simultaneously working out with body bars and or handheld free weights. Yoga with weights will help you relax, breath well, renew your energy, and keep you feeling and looking your best. All level will enjoy and feel challenged by this workout.
