This Barre fusion class combines the best of strength conditioning, core training and basic ballet based movement.

Our Barre programming is designed to: Develop balance, strength and stability throughout the body; build lean muscles throughout the core, legs and upper body; increase muscular endurance; and improve balance and flexibility.
