Pedal & Pulse (Cycle & Barre)

Class begins with a traditional 30 minute indoor cycling ride complete with warm-up, intervals and cool down. Next, step off the bike for a 30 minute Barre workout utilizing the handle bars of the bikes to balance as you train the muscles of the lower body. We then grab weights for a challenging upper body workout and finally, hit the ground for core training to finish.
