Tabata Bootcamp

Are you ready to take your workouts to the next level? If so, Tabata training is for you. This High Intensity interval training class consists of 20 seconds of maximum intensity exercise, followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated without pause 8 times for a total of four minutes. Each class consists of 8 rounds of these sequences. We finish with core work and a nice long stretch. 

While this class is considered high intensity, participants will be offered low-impact options for those recovering from injury or with limited range of motion.
