Vinyasa Yoga

Yoga with a dynamic sequence based on the Vinyasa yoga system. Classes will begin with a series of sun salutes and continue through standing postures, some forward and backward bending, and an introduction to inversions. Instructor will tailor each class to the level of the students, presenting new and challenging postures when appropriate. Beginners are encouraged and welcomed.
