Jump Start Package

The Jump Start personal training package is Denali Fitness’s program designed to introduce first time clients to personal training. It includes 3-50 minute workouts designed to assist clients in reaching their goals safely and effectively. Jump Start is $199 (+tax).

Semi-Private (Partner) Training

Experience the benefits of one-on-one personal training with a partner (up to 3). Your personal trainer will design workouts catering to each partner’s individual goals while also experiencing exercises, teamwork and motivation unique to partner training.
