Our Small Group Training program (3-6 People) offers members an affordable training program comparable to individual personal training. Your team of trainers design progressive workouts every two weeks to keep you engaged and accountable for your workouts.

Classes focus on functional movement, improved mobility, balance, flexibility, posture, and overall strength and fitness. They are geared towards clients of all fitness needs. Clients receive individualized instruction and exercise modifications utilizing a variety of equipment (including TRX, kettle bells, free weights, resistance bands) and workout structures. Achieve great results and personal progress in an energetic and dynamic group!
