Cycling Policies

  • Sign up sheet available 30 minutes prior to class start time
  • You can only sign up yourself

Group Fitness Policies

  • Class must have 4 participants in order to take place
  • Classes may not be joined more than 10 minutes in progress
  • Appropriate shoes & clothing must be worn at all times
  • Profanity and disruptive behavior are cause for dismissal
  • Please make instructors aware of injuries that affect your physical abilities
  • Please place yourself in the back of the class if you are planning on an early exit
  • Do not remove equipment from group fitness room
