My approach to training is to combine various aspects of traditional strength training with functional training. I use innovative balance and agility exercises along with cardiovascular training. Perhaps you want to climb a mountain or do a triathlon. Maybe your goal is to be more 'toned' or to shed 10 pounds for those 'skinny' jeans.
