CLASS CHANGES

As things progress with COVID-19 in our city, we must adapt as best we can. As a small business in the service industry, we are doing our best to maintain normalcy, but inevitably we will have to shift and change. Know that the safety of our members and our staff is of utmost importance and we are doing all that we can to provide a safe, supportive space for everyone. As needed, we are adjusting our class schedule based on instructor availability and class attendance.

We will update any changes to our class schedule here in our NEWS tab.

Please note that these changes are temporary.

MONDAYS:

  • 8:30-9:20 AM – Cycle will be taught by Tricia
  • 6:00-6:45 PM – Cycle is CANCELLED

TUEDAYS:

  • 8:30-9:30 AM – Power Pilates will be taught by Tricia on 3/17 (future classes TBD)
  • 11:00 AM -12:00 PM – Vinyasa Yoga EXTENDED to 1 hour 15 minutes class (new class time 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM) with Rebecca
  • 12:00-1:00 PM – Yin Yoga CANCELLED

WEDNESDAYS:

  • 7:30-8:00 PM – Roll & Recover CANCELLED

THURSDAYS:

  • 11:00 AM -12:00 PM – Vinyasa Yoga EXTENDED to 1 hour 15 minutes class (new class time 11:00 AM – 12:15 PM) with Rebecca
  • 12:00-1:00 PM – Yin Yoga CANCELLED
