Circuit Bootcamp
CIRCUIT BOOTCAMP is a one-hour full-body circuit training workout with a hint of plyometrics! All participants will start with a group warmup, then divide into different stations with 5-10 minute strength intervals. This class will go beyond dumbbell training, exploring new and exciting ways of getting a total body strength workout. Circuit Bootcamp will end with a team finisher, aimed at spiking the heart rate and getting the ultimate sweat!
This is a class meant for all fitness levels, and modifications will be given along the way.
