In-Person Cycle & Strength
Come get the best of both worlds in this combo cycling and strength class! You’ll start with cycling to heat up your body and get your heart pumping! Then you’ll hop off the bike for effective strength training for the whole body and core. Get ready for a great workout!
Our bikes accept regular shoes or SPD compatible shoes.
Registration for Classes
To register for Denali Fitness Virtual classes, you need to set up an account. Sign up online and prepay for your first class. You will receive your credentials to log into our Member Portal.
