Winter Sports Conditioning
This Ski and Snowboarding conditioning class challenges your body to build strength, cardiovascular capacity, flexibly, balance, agility and explosiveness coordination. This sport specific training class lasts 60 minutes in length.
Whether you are weekend warrior at Crystal or an other local hills or you are a competitive outdoor athlete, this is class is for you. Please wear cross training shoes, comfortable clothing and bring some H20 to keep you hydrated.
