Sign up sheet available 30 minutes prior to class start time.
6 days in advance for weekend classes

You can only sign up yourself.

Group Fitness Policies
Class must have 4 participants in order to take place.
Classes may not be joined more than 10 minutes in progress.
Appropriate shoes & clothing must be worn at all times.
Profanity and disruptive behavior are cause for dismissal.
Please make instructors aware of injuries that affect your physical abilities.
Please place yourself in the back of the class if you are planning on an early exit.
Do not remove equipment from group fitness room.
