Diana

ACE Certified since 1992, Diana started teaching aerobics in college. She teaches step, body power, Hi-lo, Interval and circuit classes with an emphasis on fun yet challenging choreography. Diana believes that fitness should be fun and motivating, while challenging us to meet our goals of being active and healthy.
