
My training philosophy is to help my clients build a better relationship with food and exercise. I teach you how to develop healthy, sustainable habits through custom training programs and classes that are both effective and enjoyable.
I work with clients at all levels of fitness, from beginners to athletes. I struggle with depression and anxiety, and strongly believe in the mental and physical benefits of exercise.
When I’m not training, I enjoy hiking, shopping, yoga, reading, and snuggling my dog and cats!
