As a full time yogini and yoga teacher, my first commitment is to consciousness! I find that moving my body (a lot) is an essential piece to elevating consciousness. Movement clears stagnant energy, raises my personal vibration, makes me feel amazing and is incredibly fun and energizing! While yoga is my first love for getting longer, leaner and stronger there’s nothing I love more than hitting the spin bike for an amazing cardio blast; I love the music, the intensity, the energy and the focus to clear the mind and energize the body!
I first fell in love with spin a few years ago when mountain biking season came to an end. Mountain biking is my all time of favorite summertime activity, and when the weather changed, I missed the serious grit of my summer rides! I found my way into a spin class and was instantly hooked. I have been teaching spin since 2012 and I love to create classes that simulate the fun and ever-changing terrain of an amazing outdoor mountain bike ride.
When I’m not teaching yoga or spin or shepherding kids to and fro; you can find me with my two amazing daughters, husband and mini-Aussie in the Idaho mountains.
