James has extensive experience and knowledge in teaching a wide variety of classes. These range from cardio and endurance classes to cycling, sports conditioning and yoga. James’ classes combine many functional aspects of exercise with strength, core power and agility to help enhance the member’s ability to pursue a wide range of activities outside the gym
