Lindsey loves to inspire people to push their physical boundaries, to be uncomfortable, and to ultimately accomplish something they never knew possible.

After a career as a geologist, Lindsey first made the move into fitness working as a coach, guide, and program manager in the rock climbing industry. She later recognized her passion for teaching, adding Barre, TRX, HIIT, Power Vinyasa and YogaSculpt to her resume.

Pulling from this diverse background within group fitness, weight training, and competitive sports, Lindsey truly enjoys the opportunity to bring fitness to all levels. She strives to keep her classes challenging, accessible, and fun.

When she’s not teaching fitness classes or selling houses, Lindsey can be found playing in the mountains; climbing, fly fishing, and mountain biking.
