Lisa believes movement and mind-body connection are so important for the balance we seek in our world today. She has spent most of her life involved in various forms of movement from Ballet to Boxing. Becoming an instructor seemed like a natural step, driven by her love of the energy and community created through a group environment. She has taught many formats including Bootcamp, Tabata, Kickboxing, Barre, Yoga and hosts retreats throughout the year.
Lisa is AFAA, Barre Above, and RYT 200 Yoga Alliance certified, as well as a Wellness Coach.
