Since 2001, Rebecca has taught a range of yoga styles from athletic Vinyasa Flow to gentler Yin. As a medical journalist, she brings a deep knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology to her classes and private yoga coaching.

As a past triathlete, Rebecca can help you use yoga to unwind tight muscles and fascia from your sports training. 

As a past ballet and jazz teacher, she teaches grace and fluidity as well as safe alignment. And as a longtime vipassana and mindfulness meditator, Rebecca infuses her classes with insights from these wisdom traditions to enhance your mind-body connection.
