To the Denali Fitness Community,

As you all know, Governor Jay Inslee signed an emergency proclamation to temporarily shut down bars, restaurants, dance halls, theaters, health clubs and other similar indoor social or recreational venues until March 31, 2020. We will reopen on April 1st assuming the shutdown is not extended.

This is a difficult time for all small businesses and employees. We care deeply about all our members and employees. Please know that we are taking steps to cushion the financial impact to our staff.

If the shutdown extends past March 31st, members will be credited for the additional days we are closed. Month-to-Month memberships will have a credit applied to future dues that will be spread out over a few billing cycles depending on the length of the closure. Please understand that spreading out the credit will help us manage our recurring monthly expenses. Paid in full memberships will have their expiration dates extended for any additional days we are shutdown.

Denali Fitness has been a mainstay in the Madison Park neighborhood for many years now and please know that we will do everything we can to weather this storm. We are grateful for your support and look forward to getting you back to your gym working out and staying strong.

In the meantime, our talented group of fitness instructors and trainers are working on several virtual Group Fitness classes and Personal Training options to help you stay active during the shutdown. Please check our website and social media (follow us on Facebook) for more information on our virtual offerings and any further announcements.

Regards,
Michelle, Dave, and Sang
