Starting Monday, August 7th we are adding a NEW class to our schedule – P90X Live!

Some of you may be familiar with P90X because it started as a home workout program but has now transformed into a group fitness format. This is a great high energy and total body class that includes 4 blocks of work: cardio, lower body, upper body, and core. 

Jessie, our instructor, has been teaching this format in Seattle for the last year and a half, and she has seen great success from her students! This format is more traditional in it’s strength training because exercises are repeated for a couple weeks at a time so that improvements can be made in technique and students can add weight to challenge themselves as they get more comfortable with each movement.
