I’m a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer as well as a Group Exercise Instructor. I have certifications in Cycling, TRX, P90X, Barre Above, and BodyShred. I am passionate about making fitness and good nutrition a true lifestyle, and I hope to inspire others to do the same. I believe fitness can and should be fun and challenging; “sweating it out” is a great way to change and embrace our bodies. Everybody is unique; therefore, each workout will be unique to the individual. I am an Ohio native, lived in NYC for 2 years dancing and cycling, and have been living in and loving Seattle since July 2014. In my free time, I love to cook (I am a pescatarian), spend time with my husband, read a good nutrition book or find new recipes to try (wink!), and explore the Pacific Northwest.
