I am a nationally certified master level Personal Trainer with over 23 years experience in the industry. My fitness background started with collegiate basketball. After working with professional coaches I realized what an impact proper training can do. I knew this was my calling, shortly after I gained knowledge and experience from multiple certs as well as hands on.
