Nutrition counseling is a one-on-one session,or a set of sessions, with a Registered Dietitian (RD). The RD will gather useful background information and provide evidenced-based education and individualize goals to help you achieve results. Through a non-restrictive, client-centered approach to nutrition counseling, the RD will focus on intuitive and mindful eating practices for a sustainable lifestyle.

WHAT IS A REGISTERED DIETITIAN?
A registered dietitian is a nationally recognized title. An RD holds a bachelor and/or masters degree in food and nutrition sciences, has completed an accredited dietetic internship program, passed a national exam, and maintains their credentials through annual continuing education.

She has extensively trained in the field of nutrition, including obtaining a master’s degree and finishing a dietetic internship. Her expertise emphasizes mental health and behavior change. When not working she loves playing with her dog, running, yoga, and snuggling up with a good book.
