We have added Virtual Cycling classes to our schedule and we are so excited to offer these to you! If you have access to a bike, this is a great way to get some cardio in your weekly routine.
VIRTUAL CYCLING CLASS SCHEDULE:
- Tuesdays @ 8:15-9:15am with Tricia
- Thursdays @ 8:15-9:15am with Harry
- Fridays @ 9:30-10:30am with Tricia
Please join class approximately 10 minutes before the start time so you can get ready and receive any information the instructor needs to share.
